These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our website, submit inquiries, or engage our 3D architectural visualization and interior design services.

1. Services Provided

DOODLE ID provides 3D architectural visualization and interior design services, including but not limited to:

• 3D Elevation and Exterior Rendering
• 3D Interior Design and Visualization
• Isometric Plans (3D View)
• Floor Plans (2D & 3D)
• 3D Walkthrough Animation
• Office Interior Design
• Photorealistic Architectural Renders

All deliverables are based on the information, blueprints, measurements, and specifications provided by the client. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You have the authority to bind yourself or the company you represent to these Terms.
• All information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date.

If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Our Content

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, 3D renders, animations, walkthrough videos, and software, is the property of DOODLE ID and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit our content without prior written permission.
• Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

3.2 Client Files

Architectural blueprints, CAD files, reference images, sketches, and any other materials provided by the client remain the sole intellectual property of the client. We do not claim ownership over client-provided materials.

3.3 Final Deliverables

Upon full and final payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final rendered images, animations, and deliverables for their intended purpose, including:

• Marketing and promotional materials
• Investor presentations and pitches
• Pre-construction real estate sales
• Client presentations and approvals
• Website and social media content

DOODLE ID retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed with the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and legible blueprints, measurements, and specifications.
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, or revisions.
• Ensure they have the legal right to use any materials, images, logos, or plans shared with DOODLE ID.
• Provide timely clarification on design preferences, materials, and finishes.
• Designate a single point of contact for project communication and approvals.
• Review all deliverables carefully before final approval.

DOODLE ID is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late client input.

5. Project Workflow and Approvals

Our standard project workflow includes the following stages:

• Requirement Gathering: Client shares blueprints, references, and specifications.
• Quotation and Agreement: Scope, timeline, and pricing are confirmed.
• Modeling: 3D base model is created and shared for approval.
• Texturing and Lighting: Materials, textures, and lighting are applied.
• Rendering: High-resolution final images or animations are produced.
• Revisions: Client feedback is incorporated as per the agreed scope.
• Final Delivery: High-resolution files are delivered upon full payment.

Once a project stage is approved by the client, changes to previous stages may result in additional fees and timeline extensions.

6. Revisions and Modifications

• The number of revisions included in a project is defined in the project proposal or quotation.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
• Major changes to the design, layout, or specifications after approval may be treated as a new project.
• Revision requests must be submitted in writing within [Insert Duration, e.g., 7 days] of receiving the draft.

7. Payment Terms

• A deposit, as specified in the quotation (typically 50%), is required before project commencement.
• Final payment is due upon delivery of the completed deliverables and before the release of high-resolution files.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise stated.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services, withholding of final files, or additional charges.
• Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the project agreement.

8. Turnaround Time and Delivery

• Project timelines are estimated based on the scope and complexity of work.
• Timelines are subject to change based on client feedback, revisions, and external factors.
• Delays caused by incomplete client input or delayed approvals are not the responsibility of DOODLE ID.
• Final deliverables are typically shared via cloud storage links or email.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Reproduce, distribute, resell, or sublicense our designs, renders, or animations without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or client data.
• Use our content in a way that infringes on the intellectual property rights of DOODLE ID or third parties.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code through our website.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our website or services.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the project. DOODLE ID treats all client files, blueprints, and project data as strictly confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

Clients who require additional confidentiality are encouraged to request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing sensitive materials.

11. Limitation of Liability

DOODLE ID provides 3D visualizations based on client-provided information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Discrepancies between 3D renders and actual construction outcomes.
• Errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided data.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill.
• Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DOODLE ID, its team, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Use.
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Any inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
• Your misuse of our website or services.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to our business, clients, or reputation.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability clauses.
